The Shore House is a newly built beach house (completed in 2024) for eight people (x 4 bedrooms all ensuite), with breath taking views over the Atlantic Ocean. It has a swimming pool and sun decks, and is just a 2 minute walk to the beach for an early morning dip. It's hard to beat the house's top deck, which is the perfect spot for watching the sunset over the Atlantic. The Shore House is the ideal place for relaxing and recharging, but it's also a great place to reflect, work and unleash your creative talents.

Dylan is a journalist residing in Switzerland, who loves skiing and swimming in the sea and Lake Geneva. He is also a huge fan of Italy: its landscape, food, culture, especially Tuscany. He lives with his wife, daughter and two kittens in a village along the shores of Lake Geneva. Dylan and his family try to visit The Shore House in Scarborough regularly, as it is a place which is very close to his/ their hearts as he married his wife there some time ago now. For him and his family the nature in Scarborough and the surrounding areas - such as Cape Point - is a treasure like no other in the world (and that conclusion has been tested by them given their extensive global travels).
