Welcome to The Windsock which is a luxury self-catering holiday home offering pet-friendly accommodation with 180-degree sea views in Ballito. The Windsock offers what hosts, Craig and Linda, like to call “a moving picture”, because every day offers a new view. Our gorgeous 180-degree view means that you get to view the ocean from all the bedrooms, lounge, and dining room as well as outdoors. Everywhere in fact, except the bathrooms. We like to think of that space as taking a break from the breathtaking view. We hope you will love spotting seasonal whales, everyday dolphins, fishermen and dogs playing on the beach as much as we do. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The home is air-conditioned throughout. The first bedroom (The Honeymoon Suite) contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and a shower. The second bedroom (The Captain's Cabin) contains twin single beds or a king-size bed on request, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The third bedroom (The Dog Box) contains a king-size bed or twin single beds on request, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. All 3 bedrooms have sliding doors opening to the patio. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a 6-seater dining table, and a lounge area that has a Smart TV with DStv and unlimited Wi-Fi allowing you to log into your Netflix account. The living area opens to the large elevated wooden patio deck with a patio set, gas and Weber braai facilities, and lounging chairs. This is the ideal spot to enjoy the ocean views.

Welcome to THE WINDSOCK where you can also enjoy everything that we do and more. Shadow and Chelsey are our gorgeous four-legged hosts that will welcome you from afar. It will however take very little encouragement to have them welcome you up close and personal if this is your preference. They lovechildren and are very sociable. Squeekles the cat, does not share our excitement to welcome guests. If you do happen to spot her, this will be something that needs to be added to a bucket list of sorts, as very few get to actually see her.

The property is conveniently situated in a quiet and well sought after residential area in Ballito. Located just a 10-minute walk, or 400 m, from the beach, restaurants, pubs, shops and nightlife. The lifestyle and Junction Shopping Centres are only 3 kms away.
