NO LOADSHEDDING- Solar panels and inverter installed. Prime position, between 11 and 12 th Street,/ 9th Avenue, 100 meters from the beach, breathtaking sea views, fresh champagne air, whale watching from the patio (1 st whale spotted on 1 May 2019 ), listen to the break of the waves all day /night , Troon Beach Cottage is also a 2 minute walk to the entrance of the famous "Cliff Path" with spectacular fynbos , that stretches all along the coast line to The Old Harbour in town. A mere 3-5 minute minute walk to Grotto ( Blue Flag) & Voelklip beaches, including Walker Bay Grill and Duchees restaurant. Architectural designed holiday house with open/plan indoor/outdoor flow with built in braai and stunning patio. Luxurious interior yet very holiday friendly. Town is a 3 km drive with great shopping malls, golf course, Nature reserve, and many vineyards. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom , 2 living areas, fully fitted kitchen. Walk absolutely everywhere. !

Situated along the Cape Whale Coast Route in Hermanus, this self-catering beach cottage is prime , situated on the front beach row, , 3 minute walk to the beaches, ( Blue Flag Grotto, Voelklip ) and 2 restaurants, offers panoramic sea views with access to the cliff path, for beautiful walks, cycling. Do whale watching from the comfort of your patio.. There are many restaurants in the center of Hermanus, 5-minute drive. There are whale and dolphin cruises, shark cage diving ,sea kayaking tours. Hermanus Golf Club is a 4-minute drive, the best fresh fish and seafood , loads of wine tasting.
