Helen and I have a large home with two private apartments which we rent to holiday makers. We are a relaxed sociable fun-loving couple and we enjoy interacting with people, sharing our home, and providing details of our village with our guests. We are fortunate to live in a unique spot in Hermanus between the mountains and the sea. Please note that there are several small stairs on the property which may be difficult for impaired persons.
We are a retired couple who love our town and the area where we live. We live in a large home and rent out two apartments which are attached to the building. There are stairs on the property so we are not wheelchair friendly. Only paying guests are allowed on the property. Guests may not bring any visitors onto our property. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets.
We are in the neighborhood Voelklip which is located between the ocean and the beautiful Cape mountains. We are about 500m (straight line) from the beach and the lagoon mouth. We have the best of both worlds, mountain hikes and cliff paths along the sea front, all within walking distance of Valentines. Furthermore, the beach and lagoon are a five minute walk away. There is a Saturday morning Country Market nearby with stalls serving food, drinks and crafts and a live musician which is very popular. Other popular attractions are whale Boat Tours, Shark Cage Diving, wind surfing in the sea or lagoon, parasailing, mountain and nature walks and the pristine beaches.
