Evette is an Interior designer by day and a ballet dancer by (some) nights. She is happily married to her school sweetheart, Emile, an engineer turned entrepreneur. Our rates are based on per-person sharing (2 guests per bedroom). To ensure fair pricing, bedrooms will be opened according to the number of guests booked. For example: 8 guests = 4 bedrooms. If you would like exclusive use of all bedrooms (e.g., 1 guest per room), you will need to book for the full 12-person, 6-bedroom occupancy. Welcome to Villa Bel Fiori — a spacious, stylish beach house in the heart of Ballito’s Salmon Bay, just one street up from the ocean and a short stroll to shops and restaurants. This beautifully appointed home sleeps up to 12 guests in six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, plus an outdoor toilet and hot-water shower. The main bedroom offers a king bed, private dressing room, ensuite with bath and bidet, and balcony with sweeping sea views. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite; bedroom 3 has a king bed; bedroom 4 has bunk beds (bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom); bedroom 5 has a queen bed; and bedroom 6 has a king bed (bedrooms 5 & 6 share a bathroom with laundry). Most rooms have smart TVs, desks, garden/balcony access, and sea views. The downstairs flatlet includes its own kitchenette, fridge and braai. Enjoy a large covered patio with lounge/dining area, drinks fridge, and stainless steel braai, all with breathtaking ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, 3 ovens, air fryer, Nespresso, fridge, and freezer. The house features a 98” smart TV, 400MB fibre Wi-Fi (on backup), heated pool, pizza oven, wood/gas braais, and a garden boma with firepit and coastal views. Serviced daily (excl. Sundays/public holidays), self-catering, with full security and IPSS response. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Due to multiple staircases, the house is not wheelchair accessible.
