PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED TO BE CONSUMED ON THIS PROPERTY. No loud music and parties are allowed. This- Guest House - is very modern and upmarket. SLEEPS 10 PEOPLE, Very spacious /five spacious bedrooms/ 4 full Bathrooms 3x en-suite/spacious lounge and dining area /entire house to yourselves. POOL TABLE and DARTBOARD and other board games. Free uncapped wifi. NETFLIX/ DSTV, etc. The lounge has a big 100-inch smart TV.- Bedroom 1 has an 85-inch Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a 48-inch smart TV - Bedroom 3 has a 32-inch smart TV - Lock up parking for three cars. It is spotless, and we offer domestic cleaning services. ( does not include laundry and ironing) at a small extra cost. Meeting room facilities with extra tables and chairs can be organized on request free of charge. Dedicated GENERATOR in case of power outages.Extra security road patrols for your ease of mind.
We love everything about hosting people from all walks of life.We had guests from France,England and a mayor from Holland and his famiky and many local from all over SouthAfrica.We go out of our way to make our guests feel at home at all times and to give them the best of service.
Surrounded by very friendly safe and secure neighborhood in upmarket housing estate. 5 minutes driving or walking distance from all conveniences - corner shop within walking distance. Takeaways and eateries and franchised fast foods etc. 5minutes drive. Easy access to freeway,18mins drive to Cape Town city centre.
