Our Self catering Odd cottage is spacious and where you can relax and put your feet up. Its ODD and thats the way we like it! Unfortunately our cottage is not cleaned or serviced daily as this is a self catering unit. However we will do a quick floor clean and tidy on either the 4th or 5th day. We are animal lovers so we do have dogs on the property but will not invade your space. Please note that we live in a quiet neighbourhood, and unfortunately we will not allow extra guest, parties, loud music and loud screaming or shouting while occupying the cottage especially in the open small courtyard. We have installed CCTV at driveway entrance and garden area near cottage pathway for security reasons. We will only allow the number of guests that have booked to occupy the cottage and no further extra guests or visitors will be allowed unless extra payment is made. Please respect the rules of the cottage as I will ask you to vacate the premises if I find extra guests, loud music or parties being held. I will not be offended if you prefer to cancel your booking due to my cottage rules but respect and consideration to neighbours, other guest and family members living on the property is of utmost importance to us. Due to a few inconsiderate guest I have to now apply these strict rules which included installing CCTV cameras.

I am a part time civil engineering mentor/project manager. My motto is " everything happens for a reason, so go with the flow". I love animals and I feel that a home without animals, for me, is not a home. My family and I are very relaxed, have no airs or graces and are surrounded by our beautiful dogs. We want you to enjoy your stay in our self catering Vincentia Odd Cottage.

The area is quiet with your normal residential flow of traffic. However there are neighbourhood dogs that bark at different times of the day which I have no control over. I will endeavour to try and keep my dogs from barking early morning as we do have the 5-6am early morning joggers/walkers/runners. We have a water pump that is next to the cottage which does make a noise when activated.
