West Gemini Guesthouse in Cape Town is situated in close proximity to Milnerton Beach. Wake up to the sound and smell of the Atlantic Ocean, sometimes dark and mysterious, often light and playful in the wind. West Gemini Guesthouse has twelve elegant rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms all have Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix and DStv, a desk, fan, and bar fridge. Some of the rooms have a kitchenette with a two-plate stove or access to a shared kitchen. Neighbourhood information

Milnerton is situated close to the beach and the lagoon where pre-dawn joggers run their dogs. Close by is the Milnerton lighthouse standing like a sentinel against the dark sky. The area is ideal for travellers making their way to the famous West Coast to enjoy a freshly caught lobster at a beach-side eatery or to admire the flowers and wildlife in the West Coast National Park. The best view of Table Mountain, the most photographed scene in the world. Milnerton Beach, Milnerton lagoon, rich bird life, especially flamingoes, hiking trail, the west coast -a mere two hours drive away, for the best seafood restaurants. See some of the biggest lobsters or brave the cold Atlantic Ocean and dive for your own supper. Enjoy a seafood BBQ on the beach. Quad biking in the dunes, kite surfing or just walking along the palm-filled roads. Take advantage of the wind and join a kite/ surfing competition.
