The newly renovated property is situated on Tygerberg Hills, in Loevenstein, in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. Due to its high elevation it has lovely views both of Cape Town, including the sea in the direction of False Bay and the mountains towards Somerset West and Stellenbosch. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is the main house and then a granny flat on the plot. There is always someone at home, so you will feel quite safe. Parking is behind a locked gate, and the entrance to the room, although separate, is also behind a locked gate. The situation is particularly suited to ladies travelling alone, business travelers, and for students looking for a home away from home.

We are centrally located, and are about 1km from the N1 access, which is the main thoroughfare for Cape Town. We are approximately 18km from Blouberg beach, 5km from the nearest shopping district, 21km from Cape Town CBD, and 13km from Cape Town International Airport.
