Set in Bushmans Creek, a secure estate where Giraffe, Zebra, Nyala and Impala roam freely. Very close to the rivermouth and beaches it is the perfect base from which to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. Very well equipped for 4 people, with a full kitchen, private garden and patio area. Free, uncapped WiFi is available and a washing machine and Dishwasher are included. Chidren / infants are well catered for, with cot, high chair, small table/chairs and lots of toys and games. Beach equipent - chairs/ mats, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, picnic baskets, cooler box, etc. are available. We are off-grid, so no load shedding worries, and have secure water availability.
We have been hosting in Knysna for almost 10years, and are now establishing our new base in Bushmans Rivermouth. We enjoy meeting new people from around the world and sharing the pleasures of coastal living in South Africa. Berry is an avid gardener so you may be assured of a green and pleasant place to stay.
Bushmans River/ Kenton-on-Sea is at the heart of the Sunshine Coast, with innumerable sandy beaches from Bockness to Port Alfred. The Bushmans River is the 2nd longest navigable river in South Africa, and Port Alfred offers sea access for offshore fishing. Local game reserves offer Big 5 viewing and the Addo Elephant Park is a 90km drive, Historical attractions include Bathurst and Gramstown.
