Kitchen & Lounge: Spacious open-plan layout, separated by a granite island with built-in kitchen units. Modern appliances and stylish furnishings make it perfect for cooking and relaxing. Verandas: Two verandas for added comfort — one at the entrance porch leading to the lounge/dining/kitchen area, and another at the backyard accessible from the kitchen.
