IrelandThe hotel is 10 min away from the central station, and easy to find. The staff was great upon arrival, they gave us all the details, informed us about the city pass, and helped us with the check-in. The room was clean, we had towels and paper cups, liquid soap in the shower and a working TV and AC. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft pillows and a duvet, room was warm enough and clean.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Close to SBB train station, but you can't hear any noise at all. Good selection for breakfast.
Very easy connection to city centre (2 mins)and with Basel Card free of charge.
When we come back to Basel one day, Ibis Hotel is going to be our first choice. Thank you.
