The staff are very friendly. They offer welcome drinks and candies for kids upon arrival. I can see that they care for the happiness of their guest. I will certainly come back here. The price of their rooms are reasonable. It's not that expensive.

We arrived with family, the staff was so helpful and friendly, immediately assisted us with the parking and then with the comfortable checkin. To add on other assistance with the cab, metro, train details with a brochure and paris map to go on with. The staff is quite helpful with the dinner and breakfast assistance as well. The location is quite near to the station and a 15min cab to eiffel tower. Kudos to the excellent staff: Daro, Ariane, Lucas, Vernon, Vladimir, Blanche, Dalva, Olivier. We will surely visit again.

Best location, great restaurants really close by, the glamourous Parisian passages, my favourite creperie, the Opera house...it's walking distance of all the best sights and areas of Paris that are worth visiting! Staff were lovely & helpful & room was decent sized and comfortable.
