The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient to the Rabat Agdal train station for our train trip on the Al Boraq to Tangier.

    The staff was very helpful. The service in the bar was exceptional (especially service by Mr. Amine and Mr. Ilias). Breakfast was delicious (nothing like European Ibis ;)). Bed (mattress) had the right firmness. My back was grateful ;)

    I very been there for my reservation, and I received the receipt and invoice, and they informed booking that I canceled my booking, i was choked because at least it's IBIS (Accord Group) and not small hotel to do this!!
