Value for money, especially for a family of 5. The room size was perfect and handy cooking facilities for the family on a tight budget at the end of their holiday. Great location on the great ocean road. Walking distance to restaurants and local shops.

I was so happy I booked the room and for the money this is so cheap and the cleanliness was amazing. 11/10

The facilities were clean and well maintained. The provided resources were clean, and the rental of additional towels and linens were very cheap. The room was minimally furnished, but this was within my expectations for a hostel. so quite nice. fantastic kitchens.

It was cheap, close enough to walk to restaurants, free parking, decent air-conditioning.

3 main issues, 1. no heat, even after switching to heat mode from aircon. I manage to try another aiecon from the next room it's the same. 2. the TV reception hours supposed to last till 9:30pm according to the label but there's no one manning the reception at 9:05pm. 3. intettmitent internet connections. Other than that, everything else is fine.
