It's like an Ibis Budget Hotel room. Nothing fancy but does the trick. Comfy and easy, especially considering that you will spend most of your day visiting Luzern. The desk in the room was big enough to do some work too.

Clean well located near bus stop take bus 2 from train station 4th stop ibis hotel 🏨 just down road less then 300 meters, migros food shop near bus stop just go to right then left 😀 great hotel Staff,very friendly great price for Lugano ♥️

Exactly as one would expect at an Ibis Budget hotel. Clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small. Very happy with the room and the service and would stay again if travelling through Luzern. Easy walk into the main part of the town, and it felt like a safe neighbourhood to walk home to at night.
