Relatively cheap.

I only needed a single room with private bathroom for one night and Berolina Haus was a very cheap option with near-central location with S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby. The lady at the reception was very friendly. Bed linen, towels and the shower were clean.

Very nice staff that attempts to solve all discomforts that you encounter, giving advice and carrying suitcases. Unfortunately the amount of issues is too large to tackle on their own, and they couldn't help us with things when we called. Also, even including the breakfast, the stay is very cheap. All in all we think the staff already provides everything they can.

The single beds made in a double was a nice touch. The beds were also very comfortable and the room was cleaned to a high standard. We also were given a balcony which was a lively touch for how cheap it was.

I was there for the Euro semi-final in Dortmund. I am very happy that I chose to live there because it was way cheaper than Dortmund and because the hotel is super close to the Dusseldorf Hbf, I felt safe walking from the Hbf to the hotel even at midnight. The staff was nice, helpful and always smiling. The room is SPACIOUS, and even with a full-equiped kitchen! I loved my stay there and would definitely chose to stay there again if I visit the lovely city again.

Location of the hotel is convenient. Size of the rooms / bathroom were quite big compared to other ibis hotels.
