I love the employees and the ease of everything. I love how close it was to city transportation and food and grocery access.

Patricia who is assigned to the check/ in counter is the I have ever met in all of our travels. She is professional and quite helpful. She maintains a calm composure while dealing with clients regardless of the situation, whether person-to-person conversations or speaking to a client on the phone. Kudos to her. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel tells cleanliness to a high level. The room was and smelled very clean.

Located in fornt on the sea 5 minutes' drive from Alicante, the Ibis Hotel Alicante features sea views. Free parking is available on-site. The location was excellent for my intended road trips around the area. The staff was very friendly and were so nice to upgrade us to a sea view room, very appreciated.
