The room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious and is served from early morning, which is a real plus for early risers. The staff is extremely efficient and so welcoming making us feel at home. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back one day

I attended an event in the hotel, so the location was of convenience to me. The hotel room as such was rather basic, but that was in line with my expectations for the Ibis hotel chain. The breakfast was really nice, also the food served in the hotel was delicious. The staff was nice too. Parking was plentiful and free of charge and the location was easily accessible from the highway.

There is an à la carte restaurant on site. The manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us to solve a car problem with local garage shop. Thank you!

Food in attached restaurant was good . Would definitely stay again.

The rooms at this Ibis hotel are air conditioned and all have a private bathroom. They also come with a flat-screen TV and telephone. This was perfect for what we wanted, as we had just one day in Biarritz before catching an early flight in the morning. The staff were friendly, we could get some food in the evening, and the rooms were comfortable. We’d stay again if we had to catch an early flight or arrived late in Biarritz. We’d also stay if we had a hire car, but perhaps would stay in the centre of Biarritz if we had a few days there and didn’t have a car. An Uber to the centre was about €20, so okay if you’re sharing with friends…and probably still works out good value as the Ibis is cheaper than staying in the centre of town!
