I am so impressed with this hotel. Not only are the staff very helpful and kind the hotel is clean! The room is modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is hearty! I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. It’s also very quiet. They even have a kiosk that you can book tickets through. Our Uber app wasn’t working so we were able to use the kiosk.

Easy to find if you get the DLR overground to Blackwall.
The staff who greeted us were friendly allowed us to check in to the room early which after several hours of travelling was much appreciated.
The room was typical for an Ibis all the essentials to meet a budget.
15 minute walk to Canary Wharf.
We went to a gig at the O2 via Uber. We jumped on the underground to Canary Wharf to get back. We got an Uber from that station to the hotel which cost around £7. This is entirely walk able but as two lone females we opted for an Uber.

Really, really disappointed at the stubbornness and insensitivity of not permitting a reimbursement or move of the booking to another Ibis hotel despite contacting within 1hr saying to say I booked the wrong package by mistake. It seems honesty doesn’t cut it with Ibis and the only thing they worry about is commercial gain and screw the customer!

The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. The room was comfortable and basic. The hotel was quiet but obviously nothing could be done about the road noise outside. I did think that there maybe the window was slightly open. Earplugs will be included in my luggage for the next time!! The hotel was also within walking distance of Stratford station. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. All in all a very good experience for my first time in an Ibis hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Had to come here as booked a hotel and when I turned up there were bed bugs. I felt comfortable booking an Ibis hotel as I know they will always be clean and comfortable! Nice staff

The hotel was an Ibis budget hotel, which I hadn't realised when I booked and so the cost was very reasonable for the London area and very close to Heathrow airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

close to West Brompton station, is a good solution to visit London and save some money. It has everything you expect from an Ibis Hotel. our room was big, clean and with a nice view of Stanford Bridge :)

Everything was great, really easy to check in & out, no bothers at all and a nice little bar area. Location is great next to the water with a few local supermarkets, not many bars close by though (from what we saw anyway). Viiew of the water from the room was lovely with a little food market just down the street. Always stay at Ibis hotels when I can they are always mint.
