The staff ( Abhishek, Muskaan and Preeti) were exceptionally good with customer service. I was travelling with elderly parents and they made sure that they were comfortable and that their needs were met. They were also extremely polite, courteous and went above and beyond to help me.

I recently stayed at IBIS Nashik and unfortunately, it did not meet the usual high standards I have come to expect from the Accor group. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Excellent place to stay. Good value for money. Staffs very courteous and helpful. Samiksha (from ibis hotel restaurant) and Priya ( assistant manager) and others did their best to provide outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended place to stay. We will come again!
Neat hotel . The property is well maintained. The room was well designed and comfortable. I liked that it was quiet despite being on a busy road. The food quality in the in-room dining was excellent. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel. This experience makes me confident to explore Ibis hotels at other locations where I travel to.
