The breakfast was horrible. Rotten apples, watery coffee, one type of cereal and cheap bread (without jam) for toast.

We booked this because it is a relatively cheap hotel, away from the centre of Phoenix and near to the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. The room and the bed were massive, as was the breakfast on offer.

COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was great, and so were the people serving it. "Best Western" might conjure up a budget average place, but this was really quite pretty, clean and convenient-- better than we expected! Entire staff was nice, too. Great for walking to Scottsdale restaurants.

Close ish to the airport and where I was heading the next day for work meetings. It was a cheap 1 night stop. The bed was comfortable and clean was the main thing after long flights from Australia, I just needed to sleep.

Excellent location for Art Museum and Footprint Center (Phoenix Suns), spacious room, clean, good WiFi, receptionist recommended parking at the street, which was 4x cheaper than. garage (thanks!). Decent included breakfast given the American standards...

Please change your carpet. Horrible. I know your hotel prices cheap. But not dirty and smell so bad like that.

The price was cheap. Tv was stuck on weather channel and room smelled like dog piss.

Easy to find and get around. Cheap stay.
