The room was compact but had all we needed. The staff were super friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The breakfast was excellent and it was handy having a bar where we could wind down with a drink. Location perfect for Historic Naval Yards and there is a bus stop right next door if the walk is too much .

Just opposite Swanwick Marina on the River Hamble's banks, Harper's Steakhouse Southampton is located just 6 miles from Southampton.

The staff more than helpful, showing me not only the room but also how to get in and out, out of hours. To say the room was clean would be an under statement. The whole place was clean and very well looked after, I will be more than happy to stay there again when I am next in the area. It would have been rude not to have a pint at the bar, again outstanding

Warm welcome from the staff.Nicely appointed double room with TV ,tea and coffee facilities,fluffy white towels and bath goodies.Pristine white cotton sheets and comfy bed. Private entrance to rooms. Was offered a late checkout and the staff kindly let me leave my bag with them as I was only catching the late ferry.I booked last minute and the Wellington exceeded my expectations .I would definitely stay here again 👍

We loved the room, especially the comfortable bed and spacious shower. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. Loved the atmosphere overall!

The Fountain Inn overlooks the River Medina and has harbour views from its al fresco dining area. It offers free Wi-Fi, a good breakfast and live music on most Friday and Saturday nights.

Staff were excellent on arrival and throughout the stay. Food was really good quality. Location is great for scenic walks and visiting Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Parking at the rear is free overnight 6pm-8am, then a charge applies.
