The room was extremely comfortable with brand new cotton sheets on an enormous bed! I appreciated the low level light in the bathroom which came on when one entered the room. The breakfast menu was superb with a great deal of unusual variety of choices. The location so close to the bay was spectacular.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean, with everything needed. Even helped with dinner bookings, taxi arrangements and advised us on the return to the hotel. We had a great evening and a comfortable stay.

The Basset Arms had only been open a month after refurbishment when we stayed. Our room was well appointed and beautifully decorated, the shower was the best in our so far 3 weeks of travelling, and dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. The staff were also brilliant - very friendly and attentive. 👌

Chainlocker has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Falmouth. The property is around 1.3 km from Falmouth - Gyllyngvase, 33 km from Lizard Lighthouse and 37 km from St Michael's Mount.

Excellent location. Welcoming friendly staff. Lovely rooms and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely dining room overlooking the harbour.
