Inns in Florence

Lovely secluded terrace which we didn’t expect! The bathroom was spacious and clean and the air con in the room was good. The beds were comfortable and we felt really safe here.

The check-in process was fast and efficient. We didn't have to wait. As soon as we arrived, we contacted Jessica, and she opened the door instantly. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from glasses, cutlery, dishes, to pans, saucepan, moka for coffee, if you want to drink or eat something at the accommodation. The bathroom was clean, equipped with a hair dryer. Towels and linen freshly washed, free and functional wi-fi. The sleeping place was really special. I liked that it's very close to S.M.Novella station and up to the historical center you do not walk more than 10-15 minutes. :)

Great location. Step outside the door, look to the left and you can see Cathedral di Santa Maria a few minutes walk away. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner in Piazza di S. Pier Maguire. The apartment is genuinely “silent”, the bed is comfortable and we loved the large opening window for the afternoon sun and the sounds of the cathedral bells. On the eve of my 64th birthday I took up the opportunity to do yoga on the apartment building terrace followed by a 3 course dinner. I can highly recommend this special experience. The memory of the view of the cathedral from the yoga mat changing as the sun set to being lit up is a memory I will treasure. The yoga instructor Simone’s sense of humour made for a relaxed experience and the lovely flow yoga was well worthwhile. Imen’s prepared a beautiful 3 course meal which was just the right amount so I could enjoy the delicious Tiramisu. I wished I had time to do Imen’s cooking class on the terrace…..maybe next time.

Perfect location, close to all the main sights, with many nice restaurants and bars nearby. Only 10 minues by foot from the train station, making trips to other cities nearby easy. The owner was very kind and helpful. He let us into the apartment earlier than the scheduled check-in and gave us good recommendations for restaurants nearby.
