What a wonderful place! And the restaurant is definitely worth a visit as well. We stayed there due to the close location for the airport but next time should definitely stay for a few nights to really enjoy the place. Real gem!

The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was ease to find the place and it's not far from the airport, just about 10 minutes by bus. There's some choice of places where you can go for dinner.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect family stay in Venice: beautiful, accessible, and warmly welcoming We spent five nights at Console Palais in late July 2025 with our extended family of six, including one person using a wheelchair, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. From the moment we booked, Catarina (the owner) was incredibly helpful—answering logistical questions, helping us plan our arrival, and making sure everything was ready for our group. The whole staff was lovely, and we’d like to give a special mention to Dorina, who was always friendly and kind as she helped us in the mornings. The hotel itself is a hidden gem: elegant, peaceful, and full of character, located in a charming part of Venice just a short walk from San Marco. We had stunning views of the canal, and some of our favorite moments were spent in the beautiful shared lounge area. With the large door opening directly onto the canal, we could sit and watch gondolas pass by just a few feet away. The whole atmosphere was relaxed, intimate, and uniquely Venetian. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The accessibility was excellent, with features that made our stay smooth and stress-free for our relative in a wheelchair. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend Console Palais to anyone traveling with family—or with accessibility needs—who wants to enjoy the authentic charm of Venice without compromising on comfort or location. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The hotel was beautiful and the host was amazing. The room was lovely, nice decor, very big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay. We booked very last minute and the host stayed late to welcome us, the host booked us a taxi last minute as we were unable to and this allowed us to enjoy our stay and relax.

Very cosy family place. The thing that we liked most was the restaurant with delicious meals, nice prices and authentic design. Apartments and hotel are from same owners and it is family business. And we liked the atmosphere. Very good location not far from Venice for nice price.

Super nice lady from reception, she gave us many tips and she even moved her car so I could park motorcycle on best place. We were late but there was not problem with moving check in to 18.30. Room is not large, but there is everything we needed, including efficient air-conditioning. Not far from Venice (30 mins), sweet pastery shop across the street and pizza restaurant few meters away. Reliable wi-fi.
