The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and bedding was comfortable. Also allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel after my stay! Great staff, honestly.

Check in was free and easy. Receptionist was clear with the instructor. Place stay is near to station, Staff was able to provide what we requested and he was very helpful with our check out into the cab as it was raining heavily

I stayed 12 days in Japan in total , this one was the last one, at the beginning I did not like it, because I found it “far” from station ( i was in other hotel with the station at the door) but is alright, is well connected. 25-30 to shibuya crossing. After traveling so many days, you kinda appreciate having a place to cook o prepare the breakfast that you like . I was very surprised that we had washing machine. The provide cleanning products but the bottle with detergent and softener was empty, at least throw that away before the new guest check in. Secondly was a scale in the room and it wasn’t working, same do not leave garbage or things that don’t work. The apartment is small as everything in japan haha is you are big maybe will be to tight. But I like the area, i had a balcony to pit my clothes, there are 2 stations close and supermarkets open until 23:00 and restaurants and a Convenience store.

Lovely room with great facilities and very convenient access to the Asakusa Metro line. The coffee shop downstairs was fantastic! They kindly organised our luggage transport and made our stay smooth and very pleasant.
