The staff is super nice. They will help you with every question you have. For my fiance's birthday Fabricio helped arrange a surprise breakfast with a birthdaycake and for dinner they cooked a nice lasagna for us with a red wine and balloons. Furthermore when we found out we had payd to much for a tour they helped us getting part of the money back
Also the pool is very refreshing for a hot day.
