The property is on a quiet street with no traffic noise. There is a 7/11 about 300 meters away and lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. The room was quite spacious with a nice bathroom and good water pressure. We had to go to the Department of Consular Affairs at Chaeng Watthana (MOFA) and this property is less than a 15 minute drive away. Very good value for money, we will return, recommended!

This is my fav Bangkok accomm. Rooftop pool, quirky building elements, rooftop garden (butterflies) and lettuce from hydro farm to table if you get breaky! The Reception staff are 24/7 downstairs. Extra water/snacks/beers 7/11 prices comparable. Balcony Room for the win. These guys get it.

The room is very big and the aircon is super cold. There is a round coffee table with two comfortable chairs. A fridge and good heater for shower. Also breakfast is good with breads and coffee and tea too.
