The rooms were very clean, room service and receptionist very helpful and professional too. Was able to get their help to call for taxi and for recommendations on food and attractions to visit. There is a laundrette just next door and a water dispenser machine within the hotel itself too.

The room was quite big and impressive. The hotel staff was very helpful. They offer free bicycles also, if anyone wants to roam around.

Very patient and accomodating staff and management, doing everything they can to leave you a good impression of Taiwan! Replenished supplies without even being asked. Refunded me one night without any problem after I unexpectedly had to leave a day early. I would like to stay here again when I return to Hualien in the summer!

Very good location for visiting Taroko gorge. Helpful owner, who spoke good English. Friendly staff. Good coffee machine. Very spacious room for three people. Convenient parking. Shops and restaurants nearby. Just a short walk from the Visitor Centre.
