We love the place next to the Derroit Institut of Arts. There is a cosy small and neat backyard.
The Lady at the reception (MJ) was very friendly and nice.
There are several locations to go about for dinner and bars, the area is clean and safe next to the campus.

Beautiful Inn located near the Q line, walkable to the DIA. All the staff was so helpful and the breakfast was healthy and delicious.
