The location of hotel is perfect. It is directly in the old city. The cleanliness was spotless. It was one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. It is very calm and relaxing place. The beds are very comfortable.

Everything about our stay at Charco Hotel was excellent. The room was quiet and cool, the bed very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. We recommend dining in the Charco's restaurant. The food is outstanding and the environment unbeatable.

It’s located in a very well preserved colonial building, with a vintage air which makes it very cosy as well, room was perfect for us 4 (2 adults one 5 and 1 yeast old kids), big beds, big bath and a window facing the interior “garden” (think it’s the only room with one), Terrace (on the roof) is cute as well.

It had everything we needed, the breakfast was lovely for the price we had go pay and the staff was very welcoming and friendly! It is also located very conveniently, close to the center but also not far away from the ferry port.
