We were upgraded to a lovely room on the top floor with a balcony. We'd booked half board, and the dinners were excellent, as was the selection at breakfast. Two staff in particular deserve a special mention for their friendliness and good service, Lucas on the front desk, and Sofia in the dining room.

Everything was great! The bedroom, the location, the sympathy. The breakfast was very good. I had dinner at their restaurant and the food was very good and not very expensive. The inside of the hotel is very beautiful Everything was great. All the staff was amazing, very helpful. I do recommend.

Very nice hotel in Davos. Top notch services. We enjoyed very much our stay at Flüela. Food is amazing, both breakfast and dinner, not to forget to mention the cocktails. The room was nice and spacious. We got a free upgrade to the next category.

Great service and staff! The restaurant at dinner was great, with a big breakfast offer as well. Covered parking connected to the hotel, ski room, spa. Very cool 'hard rock' concept, with a small franchise store and live music every evening at the bar. The room was the right size, with a big balcony and oversize bathroom. Frequent ski buses take you to Parsenn and Jakobshorn ski areas in no time.

Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Room was modern with a nice bathroom (shower and bath). Comfy bed. Everything nice and clean. Had dinner in the Chinese restaurant in the hotel where the staff went out of their way to accommodate my food allergy.
