The inner garden was nice, but it also closes too soon, also the ping pong table. Another nice thing is the location of the hostel, pretty close to the centre and walking distance to Friedreichstraße station.

Staff at the reception are patient and courteous. The hotel itseif is spacious and spotlessly clean. Delicious and a rich choice of food is provided for breakfast. Tasty half board dinner is provided too, and it is very well served by its very professional and courteous

First, its location, right at a very convenient traffic hub, Alexander Plaza. Second, it's so tall, we stayed on 31st floor which is a wholly new experience to us. Third, good and varied provision of breakfast and dinner (dinner in reasonable price too). Fourth, very helpful staff at the reception. Fifth, spotless clean.

Close to many sights ,stores ,shops ,very close to Alexander planz.15 min walking or 3 min by bus(147 and 200 )The 147 bus is what we took from BERLIN BHF CENTRAL STATION to Novotel. Hop on hop off bus is by Alexander plaz .Pick up in front PARK INN hotel opposite the police station ! Had a great time !!

Practical location. The room and also toilet were very spacious for three of us. Nice kitchen area with plates, glasses, pots and a proper sized freezer, water kettle, coffee maker and cooking facilities - and also a dinner table for four persons. Clean. Polite staff. Might stay again,

Bar/lounge was very cozy and the bartenders/waiters made some great cocktails! Breakfast was amazing, especially the "cold" section. Didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the food looked nice 😎😎
