The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived late, but they were all smiles, gave lots of information and were generally very helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. It was wonderful! If we wanted something else or more, they obliged at every turn.

The restaurant dinner was excellent. Parking was very close to the hotel.

Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet. The room has a fridge which was great because we have to store dairy free food for our allergic kids. Easy parking. The front desk clerk lent us plates and cutlery so we could have dinner in our room.

This is a simply stunning location and the hotel/castle is magnificent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at dinner and breakfast were excellent. Unreservedly recommended.

Comfort, people, room quietness and installations were as good as expected. Next to Valladolid if you travel by car. Modern look inside the building. Fine terrace than can be covered where we had dinner.

Lovely warm welcome. Beautiful location. We sat and had a glass of wine on the terrace and a little stroll. Dinner was very good. Delicious steaks! The waitress was very helpful and speaks excellent English. The staff all seem very happy.
