This is central Lancaster, yet it's in a quiet spot beneath the castle, and near the bus station. There's a bar/restaurant below with great food (including smashing breakfasts and enormous pies). Everything we were looking for - we'll be back! Parking nearby in town car parks - get the RingGo app on your phone before you leave home to make it easy.

Exactly what we expected. Good value, very friendly and excellent breakfast. Young lady who served breakfast was very efficient. Lovely wandering around the old abbey ruins.

The staff were super friendly. Our room was superb, large and very comfortable. Great linen! The food was great and the service good. We travelled with our dog and she was welcomed and had a lovely enclosed area to explore and exercise in.

The rooms were large and well appointed. The staff could not do enough for us. Dining was a treat. One of the best places we have stayed.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel with our pug Larry and apart from him barking the place down we had a lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and it was a great location for the local Fringe festival and the beach. The car park was so easy, the staff were really friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we’re ever up that way. Thank you!
