The price of the hotel was very affordable and could walk to train station if having no luggage. Atsu was very accommodating to our trip plan change. He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

It is warm, has everything you need, staff are more helpful and friendly than your own siblings!

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and free shuttle service for guests. Accom was clean and spacious, exactly like the photos. Very near ski slopes. Host was very kind and gave us a ride to/from the bus station. There were snacks available and even hot wine on a cold day!

Private parking is available on site. This was one of the best stays in any pension house I had all over Japan. The hosts really made it feel like home. The owner took us to onsen every evening and we shared dinner/drinks in the evening as well. Recently renovated and everything was really nice. Parking spots were available and it was a short walk up to the ski resort. If you were not going to ski during the day, you can work with ample space in the lodge to set up.

Strap on your skis at the front door and you're a 30-second cruise to the chairlift. It is a short and easy walk to the center of town. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The owners were incredibly kind and prepared a great breakfast every morning. The bath at the end of a cold day was a very special treat! Adorable spot at a great value. Will be back!

At the inn, rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a shared bathroom. Shin and Aki are most accommodating owners I have encountered on my travels. I had hurt myself in the beginning of my trip, and they asked how I was doing almost everyday, and even took me to some of my appointments. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. On top of that they served some of the best traditional Japanese food I’ve ever had in their small restaurant located at the inn. The quality of the food would not change even if they were full and busy. We ate there a decent amount as the prices were very good. Being injured for most of my trip was not fun, but having Aki and Shin around made it more bearable while everyone was enjoying all the snow. Definitely we love to see them again at the See You Inn.
