From trekking with/on camels to traveling by jeep to climbing dunes to trying desert arugula to watching sand bread being made to relaxing to soaking up silence and learning to cook Moroccan desert-style... I will never forget these experiences and the people who welcomed us with open arms. 6) Fair prices. Our 3-day tour cost 360€ total all included for two people. If you need a recommendation for a particular tour, we went on the 3-day Majesty of the Sahara tour, which I think struck a wonderful balance between showing us the natural, wild, nomad lifestyle (mobile camp) and seeing a wide variety of desert landscapes via jeep (fixed camp). The first day there was no one else around for miles; on the second, we took in a very impressive view of the dunes

He helped us a lot with getting around in the collective taxi’s that run through the valley. They also have the cutest kittens in the world with which you can play a lot. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely come back here!!

Our host, Ibrahim very kindly ferried us to and from the bus stop and the whole team looked after us, providing delicious meals and tea and were very helpful whenever we needed anything.
