The units at the inn feature air conditioning and a safety deposit box. The location is fabulous. Beach is just across the street from accommodation. It was clean, hosts quick to answer. We could borrow chairs to beach, beach towels included. Just very comfortable. Wish we would have booked more then the 4 days we stayed.

We had an amazing time, warm welcome and amazing guidance on how to best enjoy Tulum. The room is great, very comfortable. 1000% highly recommended!

Zapote Tree Inn is located less than 16 minutes from Flores' airport and 4 minutes away from Flores island by boat, located at a privileged point to appreciate sunsets and sunrises overlooking the island and the lake. Amazing place. Beautiful property, and only 3 min boat ride to Flores. Lots to see in San Miguel also. Total relaxation. The hosts were fantastic. Special mention to Eric, who got up in the middle of the night to ferry us to meet our tour to Tikal and also to bring us to the airport.
