Offering rooms with impeccable rustic style décor and garden views, this inn just 30 km off Machu Picchu, features red-tiled terraced Spanish galleries and views of the surrounding scenery. Wi-Fi is free. It is very closed to the train station. They let us store our luggage which is quite convenient. The breakfast was good too. Highly recommended.

In a renovated XVIII century colonial-style inn, Corihuasi features rooftop views of Cusco historic centre, just 2 blocks from the city’s main square. Wi-Fi is free.

The inn features parquet floors and colonial-style furniture. There are colonial decorative details and scenic Spanish galleries with a seating area featuring a fireplace and overlooking the city. Our favorite place in all of our Peru holliday. It is a charming, small, simple place with lots of charm. Uphill from the main square, our stay in Cuzco was all the more wonderful. The staff helped us navigate our trip to Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, and the breakfast is small but delicious (with great views). Our room was lovely and warm. If we ever go back to Cuzco, we won't think twice. Also, see if you catch the receptionist/owner(?) on IncaRail's promotional videos for that celebrity rush!

In Cusco´s San Blas art district, Amaru Inca is set in a colonial house with internal patio and garden, featuring scenic views. Accommodation includes private bathroom, free WiFi on common areas and buffet breakfast is served daily. It’s a beautiful lodging that’s right at the heart of the historic center. I love the decor and the provisions included, nothing was lacking or overdone. I was able to connect with the hotel via whatsapp before arriving and they arranged for a taxi pickup at the airport to avoid overpriced fees if booking from there. We stayed for only one night but I wished we had used it as a base for the rest of our trip because everything you need (wrt travel around Peru) can be arranged in Cusco. Laundry, tours, and bag storage are also available.

Featuring free breakfast, Casa de La Chola offers accommodations in Ollantaytambo.

Each room here is equipped with heating and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Extras include bed linen.

At Casa de La Chola guests will find a garden, a terrace, a snack bar, and pizzas are served each night. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge, a tour desk and luggage storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking. The property offers free parking. I had the most incredible stay at Casa De La Chola near Ollantaytambo! The property itself is breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and cozy living areas framed by huge glass windows that let you soak in the scenery. The rooms are spotless and full of charm, decorated with delightful Peruvian-themed touches that make them feel both comfortable and unique. A highlight of our stay was the resident black cat, who stole our hearts! This sweet kitty would join us in the living room for cozy cuddles each night and be there to greet us in the morning right outside our door. We miss him so much already! The hospitality was beyond our expectations. Tony, the owner, is a phenomenal chef who prepared delicious breakfasts for us each morning—perfectly cooked eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh-squeezed juice, and rich Peruvian coffee. We also loved the Sunday pizza night, where Tony made each pizza from scratch and baked it in his impressive brick oven; they were some of the best pizzas we've ever had! One evening, we wanted something lighter, and Tony made us a warm, hearty chicken soup that was absolutely delicious. The location was also ideal. It’s only about a 15-minute drive to Ollantaytambo town, and Tony was happy to help us arrange a taxi when we needed one, especially for our early-morning trip to the train station to Machu Picchu. He even packed us a breakfast to go, which was such a thoughtful touch. The peaceful, tranquil atmosphere at Casa De La Chola made it the perfect retreat after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and beautiful stay near Ollantaytambo.
