The attention of the staff was first class and the food was also top. Can fully recommend. The short distance to town means you need to take a bus/taxi, but the advantage is the beautiful view, lovely place and excellent safe food and drinks. There are lots of outdoor activities around this location.

Lovely spacious room with a balcony overlooking a flower and tree filled garden (with hummingbirds!). Comfortable beds with cozy linens and extra pillows ensured restful nights. From the moment of our arrival to our departure today, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for our every comfort and question. The breakfast was ample with everything from a veggie & cheese filled omelette to scrumptious fresh mango, bananas and mandarin oranges with yogurt and muesli. We wholeheartedly recommend the Apu Lodge based on our 6-night stay and would love to come back another time.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, hot shower, fantastic breakfast (eggs, avocado, bread, coffee, fresh juice), and very friendly staff. Loved hearing nothing but roosters in the morning! So peaceful and yet so close to the lots of nice cafes and restaurants. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

At the inn, rooms are equipped with a seating area. The manager was extremely kind & helpful. The kitchen was beautiful & as good as my kitchen in my own home. The whole place was rustic and charming and felt like home. We loved it. It was very cool there because of the type of building and time of year & because we came from a warm country, but the beds had electric blankets and lovely big duvets with lovely cotton bedding and soft pillows. I would go back 100%.
