The bathroom had a comfortable toilet with bidet and seat heating. Two free soft drinks in the fridge were included. The hot tub with hot spring water on the balcony was exceptional, with great views, comfortable, and private. Breakfast buffet was great, a bit of a mix of western and local food. Plenty of room for parking, both in front or in the adjacent street.

Tucked away in a peaceful village on Taiwan’s stunning east coast, it combines beautiful design, cleanliness, and a calming atmosphere. The interior smells amazing and is tastefully styled with great attention to detail. It’s incredibly quiet — all you hear is nature. All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a desk. Excellent, only 15 minutes drive from downtown and it is quiet and comfortable to be surrounded by nature (a huge park behind the hotel with mountain views). Love their interior design and furniture items used in both public and private rooms, so beautifully arranged. It feels even better to receive a free entrance ticket to the prehistoric museum next to it. Breakfast is beautifully served too!

I had several odd requests and terrible Chinese, but they patiently helped me solve all my problems. My family loved how clean and modern and HUGE the rooms were. We loved our stay there!

Formosan Naruwan Hotel is a 9-minute walk from Taitung Railway Station. It is a 6-minute drive from Peinan Cultural Park, a 12-minute drive from Taitung Forest Park and a 15-minute drive from Tiehua Music Village. Taitung Airport is a 12-minute drive away and Brown Avenue is a 1-hour drive away. The room was spacious and clean. There were free four bottle waters, two drinks in the mini bar and two pineapple cakes plus two coffee bags and two tea bags for each day we stayed in our room. The front desk and breakfast staffs were super! Hotel offered hot aboriginal millet porridge and hot chocolate drink every night at 8 pm. The breakfast was fabulous and I ate two bowels of seafood porridge every morning! :) Plentiful of parking spaces.
