We had a room with a great view, comfortable bed and air conditioner. This place looks just like in the photos. We rented a scooter (5 dollars a day) and went around Hoi An. We enjoyed how peaceful guest house was and we had some great conversations with Kieu who told us a lot about Vietnam. Thank you for that!

Staff were so welcoming, we felt so comfortable and at home at rustic villa. They were so open with food recommendations and also lending us bicycles as we were away from Ancient town

The son and the mother owning the guest house are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The villa is in a less crowded area but super close to the bridge.

The hotel is very clean and provides great services and facilities. The shuttle to the town is easy or a grab cab is very cheap. The breakfast has a good selection and the restaurant food is very good for a quick lunch or dinner. The hotel manager, Sen, is an absolute gem. She makes sure every need is met and organised tours, cars, services everything! She even played tour guide for us during a cooking class which was fabulous. The beach is across the street and lovely.

Cannot fault anything about this hotel. From beginning the end we had an amazing stay, we even extended our trip here. The staff are exceptional and extremely friendly - with lots of brilliant recommendations. Location is perfect Pool is lovely and clean

Great location. Staff were very friendly, helpful and service was excellent.The perfect place to stay as a couple. The restaurant next door provided all you needed for breakfast. We ate dinner there both nights, all the food was delicious, especially the grilled fish. The rooftop area to watch the sunset, with a couple of drinks in hand , easy way to wind down.

New small hotel located about 10-15 mins walk from the old town. We had a spacious and quiet room. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very good facilities including a nice pool and great spa. Massage is highly recommended. Hotel restaurant was good for the included breakfasts, and the one dinner we had there when we were unable to head into town due to a severe electrical storm and power cut was really nice and reasonably priced. Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved the staff, the food, the beautiful pool/ocean area, the night time story on our pillow, the Vietnamese outdoor dinner with entertainment. The charming, rustic Colonial architecture. Everyone made us feel like family.

best place I’ve ever stayed! Vy and Ti have created a super cosy, friendly homestay. The location on the beachside couldn’t be better. As soon as you arrive you feel how nice this place is. Bamboo and plants everywhere. A lovely social space. Rustic, but clean rooms. Family dinner with some of the tastiest food I’ve eaten. Drinks and coffee at the bar. Campfire on the beach. Bikes to rent. Advice on where to go.
