The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of magazines and books available for reading. There were plenty of daily activity programs to enjoy, keeping things lively. Extremely good localisation! The ski slopes are really just outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious! Saunas were always empty so we were able to use them. The swimmingpool has water at a very pleasant temperature. The gym was also usually empty and easily usable. It was very silent in the hotel. It is a very good option to buy dinners at the hotel as there is very limited number of other open restaurants in Obertauern!

A special highlight is the two game rooms, featuring everything from the latest gaming consoles to retro pinball machines—perfect for teenagers, but equally fun for adults. Such an incredible property. Loved the pool area, the saunas and private area - everything about the hotel makes you want to stay there. Heaven in the mountains. The only downside is that it is next to a road, but I guess it's a great upside if you come without a car. If you get a chance - book for at least two nights.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect! I have absolutely nothing to complain about. We stayed at the hotel with my wife on a honeymoon and all the little touches, the friendliness of the staff and everything else that they wouldn't actually have to do at all was absolutely incredible! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to go here. Thank you again so much for the best weekend of our lives and we look forward to visiting again next year!
