An absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel combines Alpine charm with modern comfort, with spacious rooms, breathtaking views, an outstanding spa area and a ton of activities to do in the hotel and also nearby. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They were also speaking excellent English! Everything felt warm, authentic and perfectly organized. Pet friendly. We left completely relaxed and are even considering to visit again. Highly recommended.

The front desk was exceptionally helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The multilingual staff made communication effortless, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of magazines and books available for reading. There were plenty of daily activity programs to enjoy, keeping things lively. Great hotel, everything is so nice and well though-through. Everything is brand new, it is modern but very cosy and traditional at the same time. I stayed in the suite which was a very big room. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel, tried the Austrian and Japanese ones and they were very good. Breakfast is excellent, many options and good quality of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Such an incredible property. Loved the pool area, the saunas and private area - everything about the hotel makes you want to stay there. Heaven in the mountains. The only downside is that it is next to a road, but I guess it's a great upside if you come without a car. If you get a chance - book for at least two nights.
