The place is amazing! Quite, clean and comfortable, with beautiful garden and many facilities for the kids. Hosts are great and our dog was also warm welcomed. It exceeded all expectations and we will return for sure.

The location is nice - close to the old town, but still quiet. We used the sauna and steam room - the entire relax Zone was well done and very pleasant. The beds are comfy, the AC works. The restaurant is lovely - excellent food and service.

This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in Bulgaria. The attention to detail, which includes a Dyson hairdryer! Is 5 star. The food was a highlight, generous portions, fresh ingredients, served by friendly staff in a lovely alfresco setting despite being in the built up area of Veliko Turnovo. A short walk from Tsarevets and the Archeological Museum. A special touch is car parking, though in the street, is paid by the hotel. If you dont manage to secure a room here come to eat!
