It’s the best location on the lake. People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.

The President Wilson Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff was very professional since the second we checked in until we checked out.
