Last evening in Eiger Hotel, Murren. First time here, skiing holiday with my two grown up children. I was expecting to stay in a nice, clean hotel, good breakfast and all amenities. But the place appeared to be so much more! On our first evening we were met at the station and taken to our room. The kitchen managed to squeeze us in, despite the late hour. We were tired, having arrived late as our flight was delayed. Meeting us and feeding us was a lovely welcome. Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly, good breakfast and dinner, very good wine card. Great location, Murren is a quaint little fairy tale village. The hotel is run by a family' nth generation, which is, sadly, so rare these days! But here owners are working together with the hotel staff every day. It was so heartwarming and wonderful to see that. Thank you!

The best experience in Wengen! We loved it a lot. The location is great and the area is something. It was the fist time in Swiss Alps but after this trip I am sure we gonna come back. They keep cleanliness on a high level. Room was pretty nice and we got amazing view from our balcony to Swiss Alps ( room 235 ). I recommend this room big time. Also very sweet from the hotel is having coffee machine at the room. I am sure every coffee lover will appreciate it. Also we discovered all area and made sure it was best hotel in Wengen as per the view.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with unobstructed panoramic views over the entire valley. Hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful welcome upon arrival. Excellent breakfast/dinners with service that was attentive, professional and friendly. Lovely dining room with breathtaking views. Food was beautifully presented with a good variety of breakfast and dinner choices. An outstanding hotel with a staff that works extremely hard to provide their guests with a wonderful stay, which I certainly had. Thank you. Highly recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the meals offered. The hotel's location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that added to the overall ambiance. One thing that stood out to me was their pet-friendly policy. I was able to bring my little dog along, and they not only welcomed him but also prepared a cozy bed and even provided food for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. They even gave him a little present, which was incredibly sweet and heartwarming. The spa facilities were top-notch.
