Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The breakfast offered unique and delightful options, and the dinner was equally distinctive with its local flavors. Highly recommended！

Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, we also had an evening meal which was really tasty. Dart board next to the cosy fire kept us busy for a few hours. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!
