His attentiveness made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable! The hot tub is also such a welcome addition to the cabins, especially after a long tiring day of exploring and hiking. The cabins offer a great value for money, especially if you're going as a couple or with friends. And as a delightful bonus, Teo, the lovable and super-friendly dog, will shower you with love and affection! The rooms all have a fabulous view with comfortable beds and nice decor. The bathroom is spacious, has excellent water pressure, and has great bath products. The historic facilities are fantastic, and the decor throughout the hotel matches the aesthetic. The pool and spa are excellent. I wish they were a little larger. Had a good massage. Food is the real highlight, and I was happy we booked half-board. Dinner was wonderful for the quality. Back in Canada, we'd easily pay double, if not triple, for the same quality. The location makes for a great base to explore the region. It's a few minutes outside of Puerto Natales so easy to book your own tours or grab lunch or shop in town.

David was an amazing host, being always available and really trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hut was amazing, impeccably clean and with everything to make our stay comfortable, such as shampoo, nice towels, bathrobes etc. The highlight was the hot tub and sauna, with amazing views on the surrounding landscapes. Everything is well maintained and it was really nice to warm up after all the hikes in the national park. The hut is located outside of the city so the best option is to have an own car and be able to drive around.
